Well Pepe should go since we haven't renew his contract which is going to end in summer.
And we need an AM, because that's one of the formation Allegri likes. And I was hoping we get a replacement for Pirlo.
Judgement on Sturaro,Berrardi,Coman and Rugani , I think they will be judge over the summer camp if they should be sent out on loan or stay. If we sign Zaza, it should be for permanent and Ogbonna should go and replaced with a fullback .

Rugani (4m): Barzagli Replacement
Stuaro (4m?): Could be vice Marchisio which will be Pirlo's replacement next year. Only regista out there is Veratti and we can't afford him without selling.
Berardi (15m): Can play AM behind the strikers or wide in a 433. Quite useful. He & Pereyra can duke it out for the AM role in a 4312.
Coman (free): "Maybe" behind the strikers but I see him as an SS in a 4312 or out wide in a 433.
Zaza (8m): Llorente replacement. Doubt he will knock out Morata anytime soon. And for 8m we got ourselves a hell of a super sub that isn't nearly as limited as Llorente.
Dybala (30m): Vice Tevez for a year. And that's our future #10.
=61m (under our 78m from CL) leaving us with 17m plus player sales. (DISCLAIMER: No idea if we will actually have that as our transfer kitty or not)

Didn't we already redeemed Sturaro's and Rugani's half? You can exclude their price tag. But then I still think their place in the squad is still upon evaluation during the summer camp by Allegri. Players like Sturaro, Rugani, Coman and Berrardi will surely be evaluated during the summer camp if they should be integrated into the team or send out on loan again.
Meanwhile Zaza's option is set at 15million , not 8 million as mentioned here and we still have to fork out 14 million for Pereyra. It's also wishful thinking to be able to get someone to buy Isla off our hands. And hopefully, we do not take the option for Romulo.
Priority should be given to getting a third attacker and a AM. If we get some quality replacement for Pirlo it's a bonus.
I wonder if Allegri will still keep Caceres and Ogbonna if he decides to bring Rugani back .

Good call on the Stuaro & Rugani already being paid for. 
As far as Zaza, we bought him for 1m, sold his half for 7.5 and paid 15m for him which means we only paid 8 or 8.5m or something like that. @King of Kings already wrote it down the other day.
Rugani coming back means nothing for Caceres as he is vice Licht. Ogbonna is a different story because they both play LCB. Will be interesting to see who makes Allegri's cut this summer. Regardless, we have money for at least one player to make us better in quality. Could be some interesting Bosmans maybe @Mark can list some?

-i think we will still play 4312 next season as we have achieved great results this year with it. 4-3-3 to be a backup with Berardi-Dybala/Zaza-Coman...

we already bought Ruganis 2nd half in january so we dont have to pay anything in the summer
Sturaro returned from his loan. we had an agreement to pay Genoa 2M bonuses for his performances there for this season but since we returned him at half the season before his loan expired i dont know if we paid anything to them

dropping the age of the squad is great. since many of our old players were rotation players we shouldnt really feel a drop in quality, especially since these youngsters are very talented. shows what a great job Marotta, Paratici and co. are doing
