I don't want Jovetic here. Very good player and with great potential. But what can you do with it when he has so many injuries? The guy is the next almost world class player that injuries fucked him up.

I think it's safe to assume we'll be interested in Jovetic in the Summer. I know most people would be disappointed but he could be Tevez's replacement once the Argie leaves.

Since it's unlikely we'll be able to get both Mkhitaryan and Jovetic I bet the first will be our priority but we'll show interest in Jovetic for sure. Both seem to fit the 'bargain' type of deal Beppe usually looks for.

Yeah,i can see it happening.
Those kind of deals Beppe can go for no doubt.
Both will be available for 15-20M~ imo.

I can see us signing one of them + the other predicted and probable deals(Zaza,Berardi,Preyra,Rugani...).
I used to rate Jojo highly,but i really think we should avoid him because of the injuries.

In his 1.5yrs with City,he was injured 5 times,4 times for a month~,with a total of 138 days out!
All all of his injuries in 2014 were on his Harmstring,not a good sign really.(with the same injury keep on comiing back)...

leaving the defence exposed all the time? every team that plays with 2 holding midfieders play with at least 1 defensive midnded midfielder who protects the defence. i have only seen dortmund play 2 ball playing midfielders in the holding spot ( Sahir and Gundogan) and look where they are now...

football isnt black and white and modern tactics are much more flexibale. just because vidal and pogba are playing more centerally doesnt mean they wont get forward.

with in front of that two wingers out of : Morata, Berardi, Coman

And Tevez as a hanging forward/ false 9.



Brings out the best of the midfield and tevez, but not sure if our winger options are quite good enough to do this, as it requires very good and/or fast wingers. Preferably one beeing an inside forward

I think Mkhiteryan is a possible signing and with all the rumors and Raiola's shit lately.

If we somehow get him or that kind of AM/Winger we'll have a few good options upfront.

In a 4-3-2-1:

Tevez/Berardi - Mkhiteryan/Coman

If sticking to 4-3-1-2,than we should'nt bring in Berardi imo and sign Mkhiteryan/AM.Maybe another/other CF.

I'm kinda hoping we go for the AM this summer. Mkhi seems like a good start and a realistic option IMO. Raiola said Mkhi's relationship with Dormtund is shot I believe? That and they're doing abysmal this season...they'll obviously make big changes.

Jovetic would faecally soil himself straining to lift Carlitos bags, much less attempt to replace him. IMO, he can't play wide, doesn't score enough to warrant being played in the centre and would demand plenty of ball if played in the hole. He'd be a luxury player for us at this point in time.

I was very impressed with the player during '09-'10 and '11-'12, but that ship has sailed. He's been mediocre in the EPL, is constantly injured and would command a high salary/transfer fee. I dont know what it is about this player that causes posters here to have raging hardons. I remember a couple of years ago, a good number wanted him over Luis "El Jefe" Suarez in the wishlist thread.

I'd rather take my chances on Mhkitaryan and a couple of wingers.

What do you guys think of Cabella? The guy has been good/impresive every time I've seen him. Really fast and agile, seems to be laking ending product tho, 1 goal and 1 assissts on the current season with Newcastle... but last season he scored 14 goals and assisted 7 on Ligue 1. Can play as a winger and as a CAM. According to transfermarkt they got him for €10M, so if we could get him for 8-12M it'd be pretty good to have another option to try 433 or rest our main CAM next season.
