No. We could easily afford him. It's just that we have a policy not to spend that much money. If you ask me if I can agree to that policy, I say yes I can. But if you outright ask me if we could buy those two players, I think so yes.

The point is that we'll never buy both Cavani and Dybala in the same transfer market, irrespective if we afford to or not.

It's ridiculous to act as if we're nobodies on the market. We are one of the biggest clubs. Of course we have to compete with Real, Manchester United and Barcelona for players. That's normal.
