Hardworking and skillfull yes but zero creativity or vision to play as a AM. He dribbles past 3 players only to pass the ball backwards.

I follow chelsea regularly and so far I havent seen anything special about willian.

At Shaktar Miki played AM or Teixeira from time to time (now he plays there at regular basis), but never Willian. Willian is very good at beating player, scoring and hardworking, but he is not a TQ at all. Teixeira and Miki both better there.
