Guys, I know I might be very new here but to be frank I am kinda distracted by the many topics around that it makes it hard for me to follow really and comment on everything.. maybe i still didn't get the propper feel of the forum, but I want to suggest to have a section for official Juventus news. This section will have official transfer news, official player statements to the media, and so forth, because what's happening is that after the game, i go to one section to read and comment, then jump to the transfers section to read about wishlists or players that only exist in tabloid sports news, then go to another section, and search through to find an article about DD, and so on.. I hope you are getting my point really..

What do you think? unless you can guide me around in a better way, I would be most grateful to all of you.

Use the new posts function found on the top of the page. No one opens each forum separatelly and searches for new posts in each thread. Click new posts and it lists ALL threads that were updated from the last time you logged on, meaning all thread you didn't open/read. Makes using the forum a lot more effective and simpler.

Martin could have posted it here himself, but he forwarded this to me by IM should I have a special Batphone line to Marty to fix this. ;)

One annoying thing about these forums? Any URL formatting with a '/' followed by 'me' is automatically substituted by vBulletin with some lame rewrite rule to your username.

Per Martin:
Can you please kill the stupid extensions that clobbers every url that contains / + me in it? There is absolutely noone using these irc style rewriting on the forum and it's a total hassle to have around.

I imagine it's a vbhack, an incredibly simple one at that.
I am in 100% agreement. I should not have to know that in HTML '&' + '#109;' = 'm' -- to trick vBulletin -- but I've been doing that for years.

The vBulletin forums seem to suggest that it's either in the Plugin manager or the Product manager. I don't see links to either - we may need Marty to do it.

Why don't we re-invent the Juventuz News guys.. All it has is match scores and the announcement of Ranieri!

Meaning, why don't we post all Juve news there as seperate threads, and leave people to discuss it? won't that be easier to browse? If a players makes a stamtement and it goes in the player thread, how will a newbie know the statement since the thread is too long and has lots of discussions..
