BERLIN, June 29 (Reuters) - VfB Stuttgart said on Friday they were planning to file a complaint against Juventus to soccer's world governing body FIFA about the Italian club reportedly approaching two of the Bundesliga club's players.

Asked about reports that the Italian club had made offers for striker Mario Gomez and captain Fernando Meira, Stuttgart manager Horst Heldt said: "It's abysmal and scandalous behaviour and therefore we will confront FIFA about it."

"We are not a training outfit for other clubs," he said according to the club's web site at www.vfb-stuttgart.de.

"All the players are under contract and that means the door is closed. No player that we don't want to lose will leave."

Asked about Heldt's comments, a spokeswoman for Juventus said: "We don't know anything about this. No one is talking about these names. We have no news."

The tapping up rules are bizarre, IMO. Why is it illegal to ask a player if he'd be interested in a move? It's utterly artificial.

So he would pressure the club to leave and make the media aware of it to create rumours.

Mourinho and Fergie do that every year. Maybe the player's agents contacted Juve too and wanted out. Boh! Who cares? The media in Italy will love this but this ain't serious news.

Secco should be fired just for thinking about getting those players. :D

Do you speak like this all the time? Like in your daily life with your parents and friends.

So? Can you really justify a system that claims that the correct method to treat your employees is to lock them up so they can't hear a better job offer? The whole system is rotten, and the sooner it collapses the better.

just chill guys nothing will come of this Real have been publicly courting Kaka all year. It's a very fine line what is considered an appropriate approach and what isn't. How are you going to prove something like that. They just want to say it loud that their players are not for sale. Fine by me.
