impressive,
the way he did the special blocks against Chunli's super. and then connected it with combo to finish her off.
I'm not SF fans(KOF fans), but aren't you suppose to waste some gauge when you do that kind of blocks? how come he did it over and over and still have enough gauge to do the super.

Its even worse then you think brother.;)

When you do those kind of blocks it nullifies the damage taken and gives you tech bonus. The way you do those blocks is to press forward a split second before impact. If he would of just pressed back and done the normal block he would of indeed lost a little health, and since his health was down to a minimum he could not do that and had to parry it completely.

Whats even worse is that to parry a super in that way you have to start parrying it(Forward tap) before the super is done by the other player(before the animation starts). You have to KNOW when the super is coming and thats why they are extremely hard to block. Not to mention you have to have perfect timing when parrying all the other kicks(pressing forward 15 times in exactly the right moment).

Thats why the other player did the super because he knew he would win if Daigo had just blocked it. In all of the 300 matches or so it only happened once someone parrying a super completely. Its very rare.

Oh i forget to mention, this was the Finals.
