Is this a county that is particularly economically reliant on one or two industries? Might be a regional thing.

I swear I will sell every stock, liquidate every fund, cash every bond and put in a down payment on something the very second there is a crash. @lgorTudor prepare yourself brother, the reckoning is almost upon us inshallah.

Already the vultures circle, fuck then.

The largest industries in the county seem to be healthcare, banking, and transportation. Then a lot of services and retail. So it's like a typical middle class county, I'm sure some drive into Washington DC or Baltimore for work, too.

Not a good sign then. Although I have looked at real estate around DC before and it seems INSANE.

    What’s your guys investment philosophy?
I consider myself a value investor, but I’m still a novice when it comes to technically analyzing the value of different stocks, it’s a very qualitative analysis for me at the moment.
Also, it’s not very easy to find good value stocks in this uber bull market.
However, just like @DutchJuventino I did recently buy some Discovery stocks, because the upside is too big to ignore.
I missed out on Overstock. It was on my watchlist but didn't buy. After earnings it went wild from 77 to 105 dollar a stock. It was really undervalued.
    I think valuable stocks are:
    - Bristol Myers-Squibb, but i don't know if i would invest in it. Didn't read enough about it.
    - Alibaba
    - Corsair
    - Volkswagen, massive company.

Finally up on SoFi. I'm debating selling some things off now, just get the feeling that things might go south soon.

Yeah, the EUR/USD cross goes down when the dollar gets stronger in relation to the Euro.

    PLEASE

Firstly, that would properly fuck our savings account boomers which is nice. Secondly it gives more €€€ for my $$$ shitfolio and reduces taxes in €€€
I want to see a very strong dollar. Inflation is horrible.

Please, the dollar has existed for 300 years. It's gonna be just fine. It's our ECB (European Clown Bank) which is in a lose/lose scenario. Due all the poverty countries like Italy & Greece & Spain & Portugal they can't just raise rates without these clown countries defaulting on their debt and everything collapsing.
