Found out of to view their units. In the section where you refine your search results, click "More" and then there's a checkbox at the bottom for "Zillow Owned" homes. They're only in some cities, of which New York isn't one of them.

Value play: Discovery, I bought it 2 days ago for 2 dollars less but next year they will merge with Warner Bros (AT&T). Discovery is way undervalued since it tanked a lot last few months. HBO goes worldwide as streamingplatform after the merge and they've all Warner Bros content. Both companies has good reveneus. Discovery got 3 million new subscribers in last quarter. Missed earnings tho, but still green after their report.

Backt at 2 again, maybe I will sell a small amount. Almost doubled.

Everytime DNN gets mentioned it declines
. I'm going to hold still. If the hypothesis turns out to be correct, then this should really hit within two or three years I would assume, but you hold double what I do so makes sense.

What’s your guys investment philosophy?
I consider myself a value investor, but I’m still a novice when it comes to technically analyzing the value of different stocks, it’s a very qualitative analysis for me at the moment.
Also, it’s not very easy to find good value stocks in this uber bull market.
However, just like @DutchJuventino I did recently buy some Discovery stocks, because the upside is too big to ignore.

Either their processes are completely broken or that’s one hell of a top signal.
I was at a very nice local bar on Friday and met a lady well connected in the mortgage businesses. She said shit is about to hit the fan. One local bank apparently has 200 properties where owners are delinquent and they’re sending foreclosure notices. Just one bank in one county.

Is this a county that is particularly economically reliant on one or two industries? Might be a regional thing.
I swear I will sell every stock, liquidate every fund, cash every bond and put in a down payment on something the very second there is a crash. @lgorTudor prepare yourself brother, the reckoning is almost upon us inshallah.
