I would advise everyone to bear in mind that this deal has to be obviously advantageous to Fiorentina or it can't be done.
Prade would be finished before he started and Fiorentina fans would be fucking angry and protest unless the deal to take Jovetic to Juve is shown to very clearly be in the best interests of Fiorentina.
The threshold for acceptable deals is higher when it comes to deals between clubs that hate each other.

Marotta should just give them 22-23 Million + Giacherrini, if that's what they want.

Well, I choose to take these rumors with a pinch of salt. Marotta has to be realistic and compromise a bit. He will have to overpay for JoJo; I'm not saying give them 30 Million in cash, but 22-23 Million + one or two fringe players should get the job done. However, I also find it hard to believe that Conte would veto sacrificing Giacherrini, if it implied getting JoJo. That would be insane. Giacherrini is a good/solid player, but he's a dime a dozen type of player (plenty like him around). JoJo is special, and when an opportunity arises to acquire someone like him, you don't haggle or penny pinch.
I mean, Marotta needs to get with the times. There's no way he's going to get any "Top Player" for under 25 Million, in some cases the cash component not being under 20 Million. How the hell was he planning on pushing for/getting Cavani/RVP/Suarez/Higuain, or even Dzeko for that matter?
