Lewandowski rejected Chelsea and Madrid for Bayern. He only wanted Bayern and the deal will be announced maybe before the end of next season or even earlier.

Also apparently according to Corriere Fiorentino ,Jovetic has been given 72 hrs to find an agreement with City.

With the Etihad deal for City, which pays them 40 million a year and with all the other sponsorship deals, I think they'll be okay with the FFP. Plus, Jovetic's potential low wage makes up for the big price tag.

The financial fair play takes into account the last 3 years of a football club in terms of income and expenditure. A club isn't allowed to have more than 40 mil loss for that period. So basically, Monaco have 2 years to sign some false advertising contracts, that would probably be from Rybolovlev's companies, just like city with Etihad. This gives them false income that on paper is coming from investors but is actually still the crazy dictator's spending spree.

Surely though they will break the violations for when they make the CL next season? there is no way they are going to make any kind of profit in the next 12 months and their debts won't be reduced by that much.

UEFA bans teams who are -40mln (or something like that) per season,
but Monaco aren't in either CL or EL.

If they qualify for CL and keep spending more then they earn, only then FFP will apply.
UEFA apply something like 40M loss over the course of three years. starting from last one I believe. But they also notice if clubs make significant progress so they will tolerate even more.
As for clubs spending money on players it won't directly influence FFP. Man City can spend 100M on transfer but roughly 20% of that will enter their income statement thus won't influence their overall profit/loss in a way most people would think.

Pedulla says Man City are going to make an official offer in the coming hours of about 25m + bonuses.
This fee changes by the hour. From 32M to 25M now. We could match that with Giach's departure.

This is pretty much bang on. Only an arab from Dubai would sponsor City for 400 million pound, It's just false sponsorship and advertising. Arsenal are a much better marketing football club and only receive a quarter of what City do. Thats reality and fake for u.

Lewandowski is a dick. Plain and simple. After all hes accomplished at Dortmund he would move to their most hated and fierce rivals, just like that other dick Gotze
U know he had an agreement with Dortmund last season that if a suitable offer came from Bayern he would be allowed to leave. After the way the Gotze deal went through Dortmund blocked the move from Lewandowski because they were not happy with how Bayern bought Gotze. Dortmund are the dicks not Lewandowski they went back on there gentlemen's agreement.

The problem with Jovetic is in my eyes less a "we-don't-have-the-money" and more "he-is-not-worth-that-kind-of-money" type. Lets face it, as long as you're not backed up by some Arab sheiks you just cant afford to splash out that amount of money on that kind of player. If I had to deceide between signing Jovetic for 30mil or leave it alltogether I'd be out faster than Vucininc takes off his pants ;).
While Im speaking of our favourite (and only) Montenegrian Juventini: Wikipedia lists him as one of Jovetics' idols. i think that kinda finishes off the idea of selling Vooch to make room for Juvetic, as he probably would want to play together with him.
