I'm really worried that Milan will do a stupid thing, sell El Shaarawy and splash 30M on Jovetic. On the other side can't see Fiorentina selling him to them after they stole their CHL spot.

What do you guys think?

I'd say it's nonsense, but I can't work Milan out these days.

It would happen in late August I guess, after they've tried offloading Robinho and Prince to anyone that will pay.

getting Jovetic and ogbonna surely would make this a 10/10 mercato...

Fiorentina want to buy Gomez, but have to sell Jovetic first... so trading strikers is off the table... I think we first have to sell one of Quag and Matri to have enough money to buy Jovetic.. Matri to Milan, Jovetic to us and Gomez to Fiorentina... would be awesome :p

We are moving fast for Jovetic. My impression is that we want him for pre season. Fiorentina needs the cash for Gomez. Milan needs to sell a lot of players to consider a bid for Jovetic whereas we have the cash planned for him. The player and agent are pushing for the move. Perhaps City or lately Real Madrid sniffing around couls possibly hijack the deal.

Having lost out on Isco,i have a feeling City will move for this guy.

They sold Tevez too,so signing a striker or two will be their 'priority'.You expect this to happen.

I'm afraid that's the case. They may move for Gomez and Jovetic. That's why Fiorentina have to sell to us in order not to miss Gomez with whom they have a deal.

This would be great were it to happen. I feel Gomez would be a nice addition to La Viola, Jovetic without doubt would further bolster our attack, and Matri back to his hometown of Milan makes sense and suits all parties involved. I really think Juve need to consider selling Giovinco though, he just isn't a big club player, and certainly isn't an Azzurri #10! Dare I say, I think if we acquire Jovetic we should consider selling Vucinic too, his inconsistency is immensely frustrating, and from now on he will begin to shed a fair amount of his value. With Tevez and possibly Jovetic we already have two players that can link the midfield with attack; thus Vucinic has been in a sense made redundant. Quag has proven time and again to be the better player coming off the bench, also, I don't know how Mirko would react to playing a bit-part in the squad he was once favoured to frequently start in.

Then Beppe should get Ljajic on a Bosman, just to fuck with Fiorentina. Marotta receives Email alerts whenever someones contract is set to run.

El Shaarawy isn't really hot in the market these days. The second half of the season didn't serve his pricetag well.

Nobody wants Shawarma in summer.
