Buffon
Licht-Hummels-Chiellni-Cissokho
Vidal-Pirlo-Marchisio
Jovetic-Vucinic
Matri

:numnum:
I was just thinking about the same with Gio (hoping we get him back) in the center instead of Vucinic. I don't really think Vuci can control the rythms to play there. Christmas tree formation is the way to go in the future, hopefully with at least one classy trequartista.

Ahh, and Sorensen instead of Hummels. :p

That was what I was saying but we won't be able to do that if we splash 25-30mil on Jovetic.
There aren't really good, potentially great regular wingers on the market. And the ones who are, well, we're just not getting them.

I can't like the 4-3-3 with regular wingers, the primitive 4-3-3. I just can't. You know what he meant when he said that a 4-3-3 don't need wingers, come on. That formation has evolved a lot and now you can see since second strikers to trequartistas playing as "fake wingers" there and doing a lot of dynamic movements to their best positions.

So we can't purchase any good wingers but we can buy Jovetic? Come on! we can purchase good wingers if Marotta doesn't cancel the deal over a 2mil euro valuation difference.

Dude...

if we buy good wingers we need to buy two, if we buy jo jo then we only need to buy him. :D

Scenario 1: CB, LB, RM, LM, Jo-jo
Scenario 2: CB, LB, Jo-jo

Scenario 1 is much more expensive but just as effect as scenario 2.

He knew, but for the sake of our relationship felt compelled to argue yet again with me.

We don't need to invest in 2 pricey wingers if we use the 433. If we stick to the 424 then we sure as hell do to make use of the formation.

I do like your formation. Cissohko is overrated but he is certainly better than what we have.
I don't really disagree with you either smart ass. If we stay with the 424 we need classy wingers and that won't be cheep...plus 2 new defenders. With the 433(4321) we only need 3 players versus 4 new players for the 424 (maybe even a 5th.)

Keep Elia/Quag and we would be OK along with Giach/Esit to switch up formations when necessary.

Plus Gio
When Licht or Cissokho gets injured, we have Motta & DC to cover those spots.:D When Pirlo is out we have Pazienza to step in. We'd seriously lack depth in our bench for a serious CL assault.
