Honestly aside from Ibra I think Jovetic is the only realistic SS we could afford. Ibra could come but his wages are a small problem and I'm assuming his age is also something Marotta and the board are taking into account. Sure Ibra is a champion and wc and will grantee us 20+ goals but his age is also something worth worrying about. Jovetic whether he is worth 30m or 20m is only 23 years old and still has alot of time to either become a huge player or a failure. Honestly If it were between Ibra and Jovetic, I wouldnt know who to pick. Jovetic could be with us for many years to come and explode into a huge player while Ibra will guarantee us a good 3+ years of 20+ goals a season. If the board is looking to focus on younger players I say go Jovetic but if the board doesnt care bring back Ibra. But honestly I dont see us getting Suarez nor Sanchez. If we dont get one of Ibra or Jovetic, here comes the versatile Diamanti.

I think that a few strikers are realistic. This summer could be the first in a few years where there is a bit of movement in forwards.

I think Sanchez, Jovetic, Dzeko and Higuain could all be available. I do not see teams with much bigger budgets than us being interested in them.

DeCeglie and Giovinco plus 10m for Jojo. Adam Ljajic on the other hand, is who we should sign for sure.
:agree::tup:

Jovetic would be too expensive and would leave us with almost no budget, Fiorentina doesn't wants to sell and there's nothing we can do about it untill 2016.
Ljajic on the other hand would cost around 10M€ maybe? Either his wages aren't big (700k/year) so we would still have money if the Zlatan deal happens. His contract expires in 2014 so if we get on the kid's mind he will ask to leave, we just need to show a bit of interest and talk with his agent.

20M€, 4 years/7M€ - Zlatan
10M€, 5 years/2M€ - Ljajic

Di Marzio - The agreement has always been there with Juventus and the player, it's Fiorentina who would rather sell abroad.

La Stampa - Jovetic has already turned down Arsenal and is pushing a move to Juventus.

Jojo is not worth the money we will pay for him. We could make a fair bid for Suarez at 30 +m. And the wages we offer Jojo at 4.5m can be closer to 6.5-7m for Suarz. The returns for the investment will be far greater in a deal for the latter.
