we rotate though because we want to play who sucks less in front for us.
:lol: So true :tup:

Lamela is an amazing talent, and a potential WC player. He has a cuntish attitude (yet is still young, so it might improve over time), but I believe Roma are steadily grooming him to take over Totti (if they can hold onto him), and the last team they'd sell him to would probably be us.

lamela is a one arguemnt with totti away from being sold.

all he had to do is look in totti's eyes a second too long before he is shipped out of rome.

By being sidelined more than actually playing football?
You can't use his injury history to refute his ability as a player. Every time he plays he plays very well - better than Sanchez in worse teams - and that is undeniable. A fit Jovetic in a good line up would be incredible and you know it.

From Bluemoons(Manchester City forum) top guru:

In the final days of the window, again, Marwood and the owners tried to appease Mancini and made a £25m offer for Stefan Jovetic, but the lad felt rushed into making a decision and preferred to stay in Italy.

No offence Nick, but that all sounds like complete BS.
He's very reliable on their side of things and the whole forum trusts him. So I thought I'd paste it over here as it was quite interesting on a slow news day :D

Ready for the mad, but here it is;
We don't need Jovetic. This forum has some massive obsession with the guy when he isnt even the kind of player we need. He is a quality player, but we need a goalscorer. I know we will have Llorente but I'd rather see the money that might be spent on Jovetic go to an even better goal scorer. We can't get any world class strikers at the moment but there are still players better than Llorente that might be possible. Jovetic is an SS, and while everyone whines about Marotta and his SS', no one ever points out Jovetic is just that. He's not a goalscorer. He's fantastic, but in the end, he's not going to be converting many more chances than our current batch of forwards already do.
Getting a better SS is still a priority, but right now I'm thinking about the huge hole we have to fill in the striker position, and the only player we have lined up to fill it has been sitting on the bench all season.

The thing with Jovetic is that he is a long term player, more than others we have been linked with or who are available.

Also, numbers are one thing, but he's a potential game winner. He and Llorente could score 12-15 goals each. Well we have 3-4 strikers who could score 8-10 goals each or even more, given a good run in the team. The numbers add up the same, but being decisive in close games or when the chips are down is another matter.

Arsenal :lol: :howler: They are staring another trophy less season right in the face, and might not even qualify for the CL next season, for the first time in like 17 seasons. It's definitely a great time to go there :howler:
