This guy is such a good player and incredibly underrated here. I am sure that if we look up his and Asa's stats it'll be equal to or better than most of the 'world class' players like Marcelo, Lahm, Alves,Alba and Alaba and so on despite being more defensive minded than any of those players. On average they do pretty good going forward and in defense.

The thing is that when him or Asa arent having a good game offensively they become completely useless going forward but they are always monsters at defense. Thats why we need proper more attacking substitutes for them so that if they arent cutting it going forward in games we would have substitutes that can be threatening regardless of whether they are scoring/assisting or not. Opposition defenders are naturally more wary of Marcelo even if marcelo was having a bad game but its not the same for licht and Asa. On the other hand we dont worry about our guys doing their defensive duties even on bad games while Madridistas worry when their fullbacks are being sloppy at defense.

We do need an affordable back up player that's competent enough to allow us to rest Licht without self imploding.
