Having tried to find a suitable solution for so many seasons for RB, Licht just stepped in from day one and bossed around. Despite his offensive limitations, he adds a whole lot to the team and even his worst performances are classes above the likes of Motta and Grygera.

It feels a bit wrong to say this after Vidal's awesome season, but Licht is my favorite foreigner in the squad and I hope he'll stay here for as long as he can keep the engine running!

He had muted performances towards the end of the season, but man, he's a boss. While his crosses are average, his runs into the box every now and then is amazing.

Despite his offensive limitations, ...
If by this you mean his inability to get past his man and questionable decision-making at times then I agree.

Otherwise his tireless runs and commitment down the right side are an invaluable asset to this team.

I also believe his crosses are generally decent. What makes them look worse than they actually are, is the fact that our strikers feel lost in the opposition penalty box.
