Exactly, Licht clearly got the ball and put it behind Dante who stood still on Licht's path preventing him from reaching it. It was a clear obstruction foul. If it's considered a foul in the middle of the pitch or near the byline, then it's a foul inside the box and a penalty should be awarded.

To me, it was a clear penalty.
