Audio is not bad for a low budget production but you can use some EQ and some De-esser.
And stop saying soccer, i'll not watch again. And show some boobs.

New to all this eventually will get life equipment and better edits. The podcast audio only is better than the YouTube that’s for the input

But use some EQ to cut the low end and some De-esser for the S sound (it's a standard procedure), there are a lot of free software which can be used with DAW or standalone versions.
