anyway, the reason I mentioned these, because I remember that Mark and Isha were suggested to for the good of those two forums, team and players articles, and trasfer section. No offense to them, but they better to stick in those sections. Maybe I am wrong, they are good for this "job", but wouldn't it better If older members were appointed for the moderating job, Like Paul, Tom , nick etc.. ?

To be fair, AFAIK at least Paul doesn't want the job. Otherwise he'd have been given it in a heartbeat most probably. I've been there done that got the t-shirt, it would be a step back appointing me. Nick is a cockend. So basically the appointments seem to be in the main pretty logical and reasonable.
Though I take your points about mark and isha being "specialists" more than overall mods but there's no reason not to respect their judgements, they've always been solid members
