Konko was a Genoa player few seasons ago i remember him pretty well. Looked average in serie A.

Giving more freedom and less tactics in la liga helps the players show their skills + technical side more. Just watch players like Tiago how will he perform in la liga in comparison to serie A (you'd think he's someone else).....
