i wonder why real players dont get injured like barca players , are they made from stronger material or what ;)
Probably for the same reason why Milan have a good lab that lets players play until they 40. Also because Barca don't think fitness is a good thing because they believe dancing is the way you get trophies. In other words, Barca suck

    What Jack said^

plus even when all of Barcas players were fit..they still struggled away from home..which is basically Barca's main problem this season.

    Lippi: I Want Barcelona Job

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

World Cup-winning former Italy national team boss Marcello Lippi has revealed how he turned down the chance to become Coach of Juventus again, but says he would be interested in taking over either Barcelona or Fiorentina.

Lippi has been out of the game since stepping down as Coach of the Azzurri following the World Cup success in Germany in the summer of 2006.

The Viareggio-born tactician turns 60 in April, and he has confirmed that he will definitely return to management next season.

"I am ready to return to coach,” Lippi declared.

“I've refused many offers, including that of Juve. At the time I wasn't ready.

“I think I may have stayed out too long. It was a mistake, but I am not rusty.”

Lippi has already enjoyed incredible success with Juventus during two separate spells at the club and many Bianconeri fans are still harbouring hopes that he could return again in time for next season.

However it seems that the Paul Newman look-alike has his eyes on another of Europe’s giants – Barcelona.

The Catalan-outfit are certain to replace current boss Frank Rijkaard in the summer, and Lippi has thrown his name into the ring as a possible successor.

"I want to coach a club that is built on young players, such as Fiorentina or foreign teams like Barcelona," he concluded.

Valencia's new signing appears in naked webcam video

MADRID (AFP) — Troubled Spanish side Valencia were hit by a new controversy Tuesday after it emerged that the club's new teenage Argentine midfielder Ever Banega has appeared naked in a webcam chat video.

The nearly six-minute-long footage was posted on Argentine video-sharing site Subiteya.com and the number of hits it has received has soared since the 19-year-old signed with Valencia from Argentina's Boca Juniors over the weekend, sports daily Marca reported Tuesday.

In the clip, which carries the title "Banega, grande desde siempre" or "Banega, always big", the player can be seen chatting over his computer with someone for several minutes before committing a sexual act.

"We already have too many problems to comment further," Valencia winger Joaquin Sanchez was quoted as saying by Marca Monday when asked about the video which dates from the teen's time at Boca Juniors.

"We hope nothing else happens. Everything has come at once and they are not good things for Valencia and the dressing room because they affect the players," the 26-year-old added.

Valencia reportedly paid 17.6 million euros (26 million dollars) to sign Banega for five and a half years. The Argentina under-20 international trained Monday with his new teammates for the first time.

His arrival comes at a rocky time for Valencia, which crashed out of the Champions League at the group stage and has slumped to seventh in the league table.

The club's Portuguese midfielder Manuel Fernandes spent Friday morning in police custody following an incident at a nightclub.

Last month, Valencia's new Dutch coach Ronald Koeman caused a stir when he informed veteran trio David Albelda, 30, Miguel Angel Angulo, 30, and goalkeeper Santiago Canizares, 37, that they were surplus to requirements as he gives the team a facelift.

Valencia president Juan Soler later denied that the trio had been sidelined. Koeman has included Banega in his line-up for Valencia's last 16 first leg match against Real Betis in the King's Cup.
why the sudden turmoil in valencia?? :confused2

haha, what a great way to welcome yourself to Spain.

rumours saying barcelona bought amelia,is it true
i haven't seen much of amelia but i hear he's overrated, is he better than valdez though?
He's good, not the "next best thing". Nowt like Gigi. Similar to Valdez? I haven't seen much of Victor to pass a judgment on him.
