The FIFA player of the year and the Ballon d'Or.
Seems there's no candidate above others and FIFA will just choose whoever it wants for promotion values... but Ballon D'or ? Who knows...
I guess my dream of seeing Del Piero wins in this season have ended officially with Juve's relegation (leaving no chance for further noticeable appearances in 2006).
So I guess that leaves us with only one Italian capable of winning it : Cannavaro. (Buffon and Pirlo ?? nah... )
Other candidates must be Henry and Deco. I can't see any other option. So I guess it goes to Henry.
