Try some long running before and after practice and do stomach crunches and push ups as well. Do as many as you can after you're done with running. That will improve your stamina and some strength without damaging your growth. As for your juggling try practicing with a smaller ball. Also you can spend ten minutes a day dribbling, practicing cuts, changing speed, and try to create a move for each foot. Having a move with each foot will set you apart from the rest of the players your age.
This one's pretty important. Chances are you're not fully grown despite being 16. Most people are at that age, but it's not unusual for people to grow until they're 19. Steven Gerrard was 1m68 when he made his debut for Liverpool. Stamina's very important and that's trainable, so I suggest you train it a lot. I can't begin to tell you how much of an advantage it is when the guy you're playing against has to throw up because he's so tired.

hi, any football experts here? lol..... im a 16 yr old kid playin for my sch team. i hav a big problem. i am small, 164cm and also physically weak. lack in stamina.
the only good things my coach say i've got, is speed (im da fastest shutter runner in sch) and i juggle well and making unexpected passes(perhaps dat means i am able to spot unmmark teammates fast.)

anyway, i need to find a way to improve my game and contribute to the team more. the coach is telling me dat what im doing now is only for da fans, not da team. he say dat i should play to my advantages. but i dun get wad he mean. everytime i get the ball, instead of thinkin more abt scorin, i tink more abt tryin to make a goal, like passin it to better players. pls tell me anyting i can do to contribute to the team using my advantages or i tink i should giv up and b a street footballer or a freestylist lol.....

Well hello there, i assume that there are quite a bit of football experts in this forum. I am a 16 year old boy, and i play for my school team. However, I am quite small, about 164 cm and also physically weak. Basically, i lack stamina.
My coach says that i have quite a bit of speed, whether that pertains to shooting, passing or running. I am quite able with the ball and i can find teamates easily with my calculated passes.

To make a story short, i need to find a way to become stronger and physically more agressive. My coach is also telling me that i Ibrahimovic a lot and that i should play more with the team's benefit in mind. Soccer is not just for pleasing the fans and according to my coach that is what i am doign.

Is there anything i can do so that i can make the transition between a footballer who can just do tricks to an alloround great team player, that can win games by taking decissions on how to handle the ball, being that shooting and scoring or passing to teamates that are in better possition

thank you in advance

Why can't people write things out? Is it so damn hard to add the "ou" in "about"?

Fast? Can spot team mates? How about a Quarterback?
