Well he should be blamed for taking the penalty in that ridiculous way. He got it on himself.

About his agent...well they are desperate. The guy puts a great cameo season and still doesnt convince allegri. I think its pretty normal he is asking to play...and now feels the pressure of someone else coming to fill morata´s hole.

he knows his time will be limited once again...unless mandz is sold...which will not happen.

At this pace, he will be sold most likely. Harsh but well thats how things are panning. We need a serious CF to let us compete for the CL, and he is not the answer to that

But Morata is gone - now Zaza is 3rd choice... so obviously he's gonna get more minutes... so what gives?
Well the only thing that makes sense is that his agent is trying to put pressure on juve in order to improve Zaza's contract.

His agent is really starting to piss me off, "He wants to play, we will evaluate his future"... if he doesn't want to be here then fuck off.
Where will he go? be a starter for garbage teams like milan or inter? I'm sick of agents who can't stop talking.. what the hell did Zaza do in his career that he has the audacity to go on the media and asks for his player to play more? there's no respect anymore.
He scored 58 goals in 156 games. Scored 8 goals in 24 appearances for us. So he has 1 goal every 3 games and has managed to maintain that ratio while playing for Juventus. Since he's mostly on the bench with us and almost never starts, these are excellent statistics.

So there's that.

So 50 goals for Sassuolo should guarantee you a starting 11 spot at juventus?
Do well in training - and the manager will decide whether you will play or not.

Every agent under the sun spouts off nonsense like that. It's nothing new. It's why everyone hates agents. But bashing a player because of what his agents says is pretty amusing.

Until the player says something himself, it's just agent speak. Reading anything else into it is just stupid.

And tbh it made perfect sense. Zaza is a proven goalscorer and has done very well with the (very) limited time he got last season. Is he good enough to play more? Imo, he's not. But it makes sense from his part to want to play more.

The run-up was ridiculous. If not for that, his miss would have been pretty mundane. As others' said, Pelle's miss was worse. If Zaza made that, we'd have a laugh but it wouldn't be a meme.

Indeed. The meme thing was because of the run and the timing, but otherwise wasa common penalty miss, and a lot of people failed mind you... but his ridiculous run sealed the deal. Being introduced just to do that doesnt helped either.

I thing Zaza would turn into a really good striker here. If he was around the times of amauri, toni, IQ and Matri (with his current age)....he would have cemented his career here.

Sadly, now he has few chances and even when making the most out of them, s not enought for the coach.

The only way to fuck up a penalty so bad that you become a meme is to do something stupid in the run-up. These days if you miss a penalty no one is going to blame you. People are smart enough to realise that there is a lot of pressure involved and that sometimes goalkeepers save even well taken penalties. Look at Bonucci, look at Darmian. No one is blaming these guys. The only thing, literally the only thing Zaza had to avoid was doing what he did.

Il Wolfsburg, alla ricerca di un attaccante, tenta il colpo Zaza: pronti 25 milioni più bonus per la Juventus. Ma il bomber lucano non è convinto.
