I do not understand
Who do we own now out of Zaza and Gabbiadini? do we own or co own one of them and if we do who are the other co owners?

My understanding is that we bought 100% of Zaza with half of Gabbiadini+2mil, and are planning to buy Gabbiadini's other half from Atalanta.

So in conclusion, we have spent 1/1.5M (-5.5M + 2M + 2/2.5M) and we now got half of Zaza and half of Gabbiadini? Correct me if I'm wrong, this is very confusing.
