Between Zaza, Gabbiadini, Boakye and Immobile I can't say who's the better player right now. What I can say is that they'd all be fine as 3rd choice for that ST position. I might have an eye on Boakye, but they'd all do the job and score a few goals for us IMO..
I can tell you that all four of them will never ever have a future at Juventus.

In 2008/09 Cavani had 14 goals in 34 games for Palermo
In 2009/10 Cavani had 13 goals in 31 games for Palermo

<magic>

In 2010/11 Cavani had 26 goals in 32 games for Napoli

Do you see the equation?

Zaza is shit. He will never amount to anything. We will waste needless money on his acquisition, only to see him end up @ Chievo, Genoa, Siena scoring 10-11 goals per season for relegation threatened clubs.

I dont care about the stats, Cavani was always more talented any of those others. I've seen them all and only Gabbiadini seems like a promising forward out of that list.

Scoring goals in Serie B is no guarantee of anything. Immobile was tearing shit up for Pescara in B, and has been quite disappointing this season. Zaza is too one dimensional and predictable.

I like forwards who can create as well as score.

Verratti is a midfielder, and Insigne hasn't proven anything yet, even though the potential is obviously there.

They are both 20 times more talented than this hack called Zaza.

I have seen extended highlights and some clips, but full games?! No :D

I am not convinced by him. Just another filler signing in my humble opinion.

You have a gift then, I can't rate this guy properly without seeing him play.

I'll be concerned about Juve spending any money until a quality forward is purchased, but I'm not going to pretend to know what the budget is like some of the insiders we have posting on tuz.

Whenever B81 mentions any forward, you better bet your ass that he would mention the word "potential" in his sentence.

Not really bothered. This sort of transfer is completely irrelevant to our pursuit of a starting striker, if that's what you mean. We sign young talents and send them elsewhere to play so they increase in value, we then use them as makeweights or to generate cash. Occasionally the best ones might come back here.

The issue shouldn't be so much with these type of deals, but rather the individuals. Zaza for €5m seems fair for his total price -1 year left. We might co-own him for €3.5m straight after that. Or he might go on loan elsewhere and score 13 goals and suddenly be worth €8m.

Moggi used to do these sort of deals all the time. It just wasn't an issue back then as we were a different club, different league, and we overshadowed them with big signings.
