Isn't it weird that this guy has been injured for so long that he has never actually been healthy or an option for Conte during the switch to 352 which feels like we've been using for a while now.

THat's the problem - if you train, train and train only, someday you'll receive injury like Pepe, Peluso and so on did, Conte should rotate a lot, especially in the winter period, but he has changed his mind about rotation nowadays

Only trainings make you better and improve you as a player. As i like to say - "Work hard in silence, let success be your noise.."

wrong, you have summer training camp and winter training camp to prepare for the whole season and for the 2nd part of the season, each day or day after day training session provide an opportunity to keep yourself in good shape, but if you are only train and doesn't competing what the point of training? sooner or later you'll be injured, especially with conte's training program which is very tough

So you basically are saying it is Conte's fault that Pepe is injured.. like forever injured. uh?

It's a balance, because he has to get close to a condition where he is match fit, and also to test the injured area. Imagine Conte throws him on and he immediately pulls up injured, it's a completely wasted sub and sets the player back.

If that's even possible nowadays.

He needs to be released this summer, simple as that. Mgt must have the option to rescind his contract after he's barely played in the last 2 seasons. He's a good guy no doubt, but we're not paying him millions to cheer up the locker room.
