At his previous level he proved he was, at least domestically. I'd be massively surprised if he gets back to that level again, as he was completely non-stop and reliant on his body being punished. When players get big injuries they become wary and ease off, but Pepe's dynamism is his biggest asset.

Still, if he gets back to a good level his attributes would be useful, at least as rotation.
He worked hard and scored some wonder goals but imo he's still a sub for a club like Juve. His competition was Krasic so that tells you a lot. He still never had the skills to make it imo. I'd compare him to Giaccherini.

Let's be real, he's probably not coming back in terms of first team quality. I love him as much as anybody here, he really seems to be a nice guy and always gives his all on the field, but such an injury on a player who mainly relies on his workrates is just deadly. I'd be very happy to be proven wrong, but most likey he's only gonna be back for Coppa matches or similar fixtures.
