Yeah, I like 4-3-3, too.
Just think it requires too much energy to use regularly when you are playing a lot of game, like Juve will be this season.
4-3-3 should still be brought out occasionally, though, in particular games where Juve want to play and high tempo and teams can be caught off-guard as they'll have prepared to take on 3-5-2.

Where do you see him in 3-5-2?
He's going to be behind Lichtsteiner and Isla for RWB and behind Asamoah, and possibly De Ceglie, for LWB.
Can't imagine him playing in any other role in that system, so don't see the suggestion that there's no space for him in that system as being particularly wide of the mark.
