even if it was like that .. nobody knows if he would be usefull as fullback, but if we had two or more players with his work ethic our midfield would not have such a hard time playing the ball and finding players in space

I'm grateful for the job he's done for us this season, the man has really worked hard and earned some points for us in the table. I don't think we need to spend money on guys like him, but I really like him, he has Juve spirit, in better times he'd be very useful for us. Forza Pepe, wherever he might end up next season.
