Turin, 9 June 2010 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with Udinese Calcio S.p.A. for the temporary acquisition, with effect from 1 July 2010, of the registration rights of the player Simone Pepe has been reached. The consideration for the loan is € 2.6 million, to be paid during the 2010/2011 financial year.

The agreement also includes the option right, to be exercised at the end of the 2010/2011 season, for the definitive acquisition by Juventus of the football player at a price of € 7.5 million, to be paid in three years.
