this is how i did it:
with the following modified tactics :
mentality: Attacking.
creative freedom : much.
tempo: SLOW.
passing style: direct.
time wasting: rarely.
closing down: whole pitch (weak teams only)
the rest i left on normal!

Wow nice, you got messi and de rossi!!!!! Inler is a beast as well, inter always sign him on my game and he gets them about 25 goals a season :O. What year are you in?
Do you play your CM's as DM's with up arrors or just as CM's with up arrows/no arrows?
I always play with a quick tempo, maybe thats where i'm going wrong, i will have to try to slow it down a bit obviously....
Yeah seba's stats never really get anything special, but somehow he's still one of the best players on the game

Did you cheat because that team is pretty damn good considering that it's Reggina in their second season 
First of all:I'm playing FM 08!
I swear I didn't cheat.I just sold pretty much the whole squad at the first season and bought/loaned some promising players.I had a transfer budget of 16 m € at my 2nd season.

We shall play a network game after, we we both have time, to finally see who is the best 
Finished my second season with Montpellier Hérault, and my first in Ligue 1. Tough season, some losses to teams far worse, while drawing twice with eventual winners Lyon, and drawing away and winning at home against big rivals Marseille. Changed my tactics halfway through the season to a 4-3-2-1 formation, dealt with the usuall 5 game fall-out, started playing well, and then lost Bojan for 6 weeks to a re-occurring injury, which meant a drastic loss of form, dropped from 10th to 14th, but luckily at the end of the season last years "big buy" Chiguy Lucau (AMR/ST, 850,000 euros) scored 5 in 5 to help the team avoid going any lower. season ended with an excellent 4-0 win over Stade Rennais. Basically, thanks to Bojan's goals, I managed to stay in the division and achieve a decent position.
