but i got Juve in a 4-4-2 formation with 2 MCs and 2 wingers.
its
GK Buffon-set to GK
DL Chiellini-set to full back
CB Criscito-set to center back
CB Andrade-set to center back
DR Zebina-set to full back
MC Tiago-set to midfielder
MC Nocerino-set to defensive midfielder
AML Neddy-set to attacking midfielder
AMR Camoranesi-set to winger
FC Del Piero-set to target man
ST Trezeguet-set to striker
problem is that when i set DP as targer man...even buffon and all the others target him but his heading is extremely poor and trez who is 1 90 sits all alone, masturbating because he doesnt get the ball.so i use IQ who is FC as target man because he is strong in the air and his strength ability is 20.
Use Amauri and Trez as target men.

And I said you play like an EPL team because you use the 442 and play fast and direct.

An Italian team will normally play slow.

if i set Trez to target man, then what am i supposed to do with DP...he is a FC and somehow he needs to prove that into the pitch...i wont set him as striker...set to attacking midfielder or target man are my options....:coffee:

btw gimme your phone number to discuss about it...

I zone mark everyone so my guys don't get pulled out of position.

The zone marking means they pick up the man nearest them, the tight marking means they body them up and stay right next to that man until they move into someone else's zone.

makes sense. I also do zonal I think it's the way to go. I don't think I've conceded a set piece goal all season, despite not having many tall players

so i would appreciate it if someone could explain to me the difference between setting somebody to target man and setting somebody to striker....till now i thought that players like del piero and other FCs should be set to target men and tall slow strikers like Trez should be set as "strikers"

Set Trez as your target man, and make DP the first or second play maker.

Make sure to click the box "use play maker"

:lol2:

And I'm not going to give you my number, you are in Greece.

The target man is who the wingers cross to, DP is great, but he is not great in the air, so make DP your playmaker and trez your target man. The target man is only a pure finisher.

the target man is a pure finisher, yes, but he should also be strong in the air, have excellent ball control, and be difficult to knock off.

oh, actually, you can set how your target man receives the ball, into space, head, feet, etc, which is helpful. Torres was a beast with ball to feet!

Damn , i used to set my
Mentalilty , Creativity Freedom , Passing style , Tempo , width and Tackling same with yours but , i worked well very well in my first half season with 442 flat formation , but sucked all time after winter break , i got 5 times draw consecutive and even lost to Melaaan , then i decided to convert to 442 Diamond , set my
mentality-attacking
creativity freedom-normal
passing style-short
tempo-fast
width-normal
closing down-normal
time wasting-normal
defensive line-Pressing
tackling-normal

after that , i got a very positive result , you need very good DMC with very good tackling and Marking abilities though
