do you have limewire, vuze, or something like that? if you've never used a torrent before, then google limewire and download it, then you'll be able to use the torrent. I can ry and help you with using torrents, but when it comes to all the technical details, i'm not the best, as i only use it occasionally

Limewire is a bit slow for torrents. Vuze is the best for Mac I've found.

for this torrent, limewire was much faster (i usually use vuze) but now the torrent's been up longer, so azureus would probably work as well
