As for higher wages for staff I'm not sure, but perhaps try to find a link to budget adjustment when offering coaches contracts.

High rated Coaches that that would up my training regiment. I am trying to get 7 stars across the board and its been a pain searching for coaches who would come to juve and accept the wages. .

Also if i should change my assistant coach?

Do a search for staff and sort it by reputation. Juventus already has some top notch people but make sure you look up Inter's coaches, Parma's coaches, and Arsenal's coaches. Sometimes our games are different.

Boas is one to look up.

I created some coaches (Burke and Enron ) so I haven't been searching that much for any.

you start a game and your coach has a 7 star ability in e.g. defending and you start again and the same coach is shit
sometimes you start and chiarenza is youth coach and sometimes he is GK coach or something
