Real want Simone Esposito for 1.2m. The scout report for him says that he has the potential to be a decent player, but at the same time it says that Camoranesi is the strongest winger and that Esposito is some way off that standard, that tells me he does have potential.

Should I sell him?

In my game he is a Model Professional. This type of personality one of the best personality in FM. If I'm not mistaken , at first he is only Professional or Fairly professional.

But after I set him to follow Nedved as his ideal model, his personality changed to Model Professional.

First beta patch from SI

This beta patch that basically acts as a quick fix.
Save game compatible but best results come if you start a new game.

Where should i put this file after i donwloaded it , Rainhard ?

You Guys should try to put Criscito on the left and try Chiellini paired with Andrade on the Middle . Van Der Vaart is very good on my game , Scores about 18 Goals in the 16 or 17 games so far

I think the patches is an executional file (exe file). So you just run the patch then target the patch to your FM08 installation folder(or the patch can find your installation folder itself).

This patch only for Windows PC . Mac version use another type of patch and not yet released by SI.

when it comes to the "envelope system " ,In my game Udinese only give a bid around 1M++ . So just put 2 M ++ and he is yours.
