Example how can I ask Ferrara or Bettega to go look for a young atacking midfielder?

By the way, I almost done with my frist season. I am playing with Juventus and already captured the promotion and I managed to win Coppa Italia after knocking out Iner in the semi (was very difficult and close encounters) and Roma in the fina (won both home and away 1-0 and 3-2 respectively).
I want to Sign Barzegli who I have made contact with through the press and he should interest in joining my team.

Ze, you need to load all players from Pakistan before creating a new game, first.. (There's an option in Advanced database settings or whatnot)

Dude, when I start a new game, I see a list of nations to select from, but there's no Pakistan there. Check if you can start a game using Pakistan.
