it is, i can't install but i did fire up the installation, saw the splash screen and exited the installation. it's the real deal.

go here and register, than download the torrent from that site. it has about 60 seeds and 4,5 leechers, i downloaded it in 1.5 hours. it's a private tracker so you'll have to seed if you wanna return there someday.

most likely some privelaged customers who pre-order it months ago got it a few days before than the rest. it's not like this is the first time things like this are happening. new release leek all the time.
