No, i'm sorry to be narrow-minded, but Libya is not worse than North Korea. Just the fact that you have the basic needs of food, clothing and shelter makes Libya a paradise in comparison. You'd be the most fortunate person in North Korea if you had access to a computer, let alone the internet, since communication with the outside world is forbidden. You're not forced to worship as gods the leaders of your country, nor will you get executed if someone finds your negative post about Libya on this forum

@Gray,well gray what makes you sure about the things you said,the way you see it in the t.v is certainly different than reality,you cant buy a house or a piece of earth in Libya without bribery,you cant have a computer unless you're well connected with the right people,you're not allowed to acces Libya from outside if you're libyan and you have a beard,Internet is not found in houses,most people in Libya work and dont get their salaries every month(in fact some dont even get salaries)anyone who says anything against our president or something of the sort is immediately without any trial prisoned,sometimes executed.
and the list goes on and on........
