I understand you, but I think it's false security and nothing more. But that's just easy for to say, when I live here.

I don't WANT to have to own a gun. I don't want to have to tell my son to watch his back every second of every day of his life. Just the thought of my child sooner rather than later being out there in the world just makes me cry.
But I have to protect him and my wife when we are at least in the sanctity of our own home. It's not what I wanted, but I have to. I hope I never have to use it. I hate guns.
