Shocking calculation!! (1 Viewer)

I have just relised something.

look through the juventuz archvies, i have noticed people introducing themselfs, posting 10 times and then never again.

There are pracitcally no users who make ' the breakthrough'.

By the breakthrough i mean posting more then lets say 500 times, and visit the forums every so often.

Here is something shocking:

For about 30 new members, one actually makes the breakthrough. But with the departures of so many members, juventuz forums active members are declining!!

serge, son of samatar has left, erik, josh and the list goes on. If a graph was drawn up it would probably look like this:

Except not tuburcolis

The problem? Too many interesting forum members are leaving and no one is coming in to replace them!! It seems loads of people are leaving and it has a chain effect on the other members...
what to do?
So if you are considering resigning, think of the good of the forum! If you are a guest reading this, join the forum! Dont just read everything! Become a member and post alot, show us your colourful side! its a great forum!

If this influenced your decesion to leave or join this forum, tell gray or paolo_montero and this thread wont get deleted!!!

Seriuosly tho, people have always been leaving. Now it's Josh, Erik or someone else, before it was Anders, Dj, etc, but new poeple will always come in. Maybe they wont replace the old ones, but that doesnt mean they're not good enough. Before we had DJ as the lamest poster, now it's Don Bes, we had Iulia as the popular female member, now it's River, etc.

New people come in all the time, noone is irreplacable.

I didnt bother to calculate anything Z, it was just apparant! The only forum person who made a breakthrough for ages is river, and that cost the forum erik serge and josh! (no offence river we love you :nervouslaugh

Well, not completely true. There is Don, who's only been around for a few months, theres Poku, there's you, there's Andy, Pendir, etc. None of them were really active,say, 3 months ago.

I would say there are about 10-15 forum regulars. But at the leaving rate, who is going to replace you for example zlatan? Its going to be big shoes to fill, i mean the best we can hopefor is that someone actually makes a breakthrough!

Hey come on I didnt make those dudes leave. I just perhaps in the slightest way influenced Shadowfax to leave. But it aint my fault he was talking outta his ass alot of the time. Cool guy though and smart too.

And dont worry, im going to start holding juventuz breakthrough lectures for the newbies. I'll teach you all you need to know!
