Can anyone help me out, Everytime I shave, the next day I always breakout with a shaving rash.

Ive tried putting bam and moisturiser on it but when I rub them on my neck it seems to aggrivate the rash even more.

But the rash goes away after I start to get a bit of growth.

Its as if when the hairs start to break through the skin the rash occurs.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cure this problem?
