Like all the fans of Nba basket, I've learnt about Shaquille O'Neal's retirement from his videomessage posted on Twitter: " I wanna thank you very much. That's why I'm telling you first -- I'm about to retire."
Like it often happens to great athletes, they communicate their decisions first to their fans, people they have shared with the greatest emotions of their life and career. I'm one of these fans. Shaq has changed the basket, he was the player who changed the "dominant" concept: everything about it is refered and compared to him. From now onwards, when there's someone like him, we'll say: " Unstoppable like Shaquille O'Neal". Four-time NBA champion he played for six teams ( also for my Lakers, what a remembrance!!!)...
2m16cm tall, 150 kilos, he's always surprised everyone with an extraordinary energy of his performance. So, goodbye to the great personage of the basket and sport history, also well known for a personality that was on par with his on-court production.
