It was not a good performance again, Triestina was more focused in the game than us, but there is a great difference in terms of exp and skill between us, we had the relative control of the game, but after our goal, we draw back and focused on defence and we didnt do that with an elegant or dominant way,
Triestina had a goal dissalowed for a reason i cant say (a hand maybe),
after Chie's red card (the second yellow after a second bad taclin) we were really struglling to cope, thanx to the manwork of Neddy and Zanetti we hold up untill the ref took away a Triestina player as well for a fierce taclin from the back on Neddy. At the late minutes both teams had some chances to score but Triestina despite Boumsong's efforts didnt manage to equalise...thats how we won our sixth consecutive win!

Buffon 6.5 an ok game, he was there when he was needed, he wasnt as impressive as the last match but he had the same efficiency, no goals conceded

Biri 6.0 he tried a lot, in the first minutes he did a lot of runs and passes, he climbed up front and help Camo + DP to create some good chances for us, but he got eventually tired,DD sould know that he is still decent sub but he cant play full 90' games as a starter regularly

Kovac 5.5 fewer mistakes than the rest

Chiellini 4.5 he has potential but as i said, to thhe ones that kept flaming Balza, he is a little sloppy, his not sycro taclins costs fouls, yellow and eventually red cards, unfortunately no penalties yet, he has to improove there, ive been saying that than the moment he joined Juve...

Boumsong 4.5 another sloppy player, i ve always backed, gived him credit for his good actions and waited to adapt and improove, he did though some mistakes that has no excuses, he could have cost us a goal more than twice

Zanetti 7.5 MOM he had a good contribution, not just the goal, he was the leading figure today, he was there in every duel and tried to seperate every player that started a small fight in this more than the average physical game

Gianni 6.0 Gianni + Zanetti were the reasons that Triestina didnt owned the center and allowed us to defend in a wider circle

Paro N/A

Balza 5.5 an ok play the time he played, he didnt have a great impact as Chie is able to do, but he has more elegance in his defending, he will be our starter by the time Chie returns

Zala 5.5 a few minutes after he joined the game Chie left us in 10, his partner Treze was subbed for another defender and the serving towards him was minimal, when he had the ball he sould just hold it as much as possible, he is capable enough to that...

Camo 6.2 had a good game and a good contribution both defensive and attacking wise

DP+Treze 5.9 same as last match

Neddy 6.5 watching this 34 year old legend play and run up and down full 90' creating, shooting till the last minutes, drifting to the center, cover the fullbacks made a run and trying long shoots deep in the injury time almost brings tears in my eyes, he gives his soul to our game and i dont think we will ever find a player to replace what Neddy does in the field even now, i m sorry on the other hand that Marchionni didnt have the chance to play today, DD opted for the more defensive Paro correctly IMO
:touched:

thanx for the report

Zanetti is MOM for the third match running

All the rating are perfect except for Birindelli!! he did 2 horrible mistakes at the end of the game! I agrre with u completly thatt DD should know when to sub him!! Chiellini was actually not that bad before the red card but the card showed how stupid he is!! Neddy is a TRUE LEGEND running on every ball this man needs a statue in TURINO!!!! anyway as i said it before our whole defence need to be considered a lot even Kovac who is in a very ba form & need some refreshness!!

chill mate, look luck is a part of soccer whether its with juve, real madrid, milan , barca u name it even inter its part of football. luck on its own is not the reason juventus won today luck and experience i would say.. i honestly understand u r upset with juve's preformance but dont say things like: 1- juve was lucky
2- refrees loves juve??!?! how is that.?

as for triestinas disallowed goal i heard the t.v commentator say it was a handball.
I knbow that luck is a part of the game but when u play against a team like Triestina in Serie b,u shouldnt need that much Luck,i know that our exp hold us after the red card & that we controlled the game well in the last 10 min. BUT honestly i dont like how we look at all! I though with DD coming we will finally lleave the defencive football behind & play some defferent football but it seems that it was never the coach it is in the club's personality to play like this! Anyway before we played the deffensive football perfect but now we dont even do it that good!! I hope DD could find some solutions & even bring some good defensive players in January or even at the end of the season!!! btw tell me what university are u win & where do u live & stuff???

we really need Tudor to get back soon!!
4 realz, our back line needs to buck up and build some type of rapport on the pitch. if we are strong at the back we will be untouchable.

p.s. -- i am not inferring that i miss zambo, canna and lilian in any way. but i do miss pesso and tacchi!

Associated press: Defender Michele Mignani had a goal disallowed in the 36th for a foul on Chiellini...

That would make sense more, i was very carefull when the replay showed that it was definitly wasnt an offside, neither at the first cross or the second, nor a hand by those two players involved,
so it was either a foul before the first cross out of the cameras field of view or an offensive foul by the man who scored on our defender who was marking him and fell before him,
now IIRC it wasnt Buffon the one that executed that FK in our box, so was it a foul indicated in another place?
Night Italian shows will proove that, IMO if it was given for an offensive foul from the man that scored, then it is a valid goal dissalowed.:D

C'mon guys!! I know we've got some stellar palyers, but we are not goin 2 overrun EVERY team in Serie B!
It might come as a shock to us,but some of these teams can play too!!
Sometimes we will clearly outgun our opponents, and some other times we will do just enough to get the 3 points-but which ever way it happens, our priority is getting back into the Serie A next year

inter fans will blame us for match-fixing now :wallbang:
They said we are thieves and sent us to Serie B?
Well, then we steal in their precious serie B. See if I care. :groan:
(And tell the inter fans to worry about their friend Rovati.. who is in prison, btw :eyebrows: ).

Anyway, here in Italy journalists are all talking about this "scandalous" help to Juventus on the Triestina field, Triestina's president said he feels "penalized" (yeah, tell us about penalized :groan: ) and everyone is completely ignoring (for example) that Genoa scored its first goal in a clearly evident offside today. We are the only thieves of the day (not that it's something new).

I'm noticing that, at least, abroad someone tried to give an explanation to why the goal was disallowed. What else is being said?

You know, guys? After the ref disallowed the goal, the stadium started chanting "Sapete solo rubare" (all you are able to do is stealing) and everyone booed our players till the end of the first half.
It almost felt like home, like serie A. :touched: :D
