:disagree: Only the first two are automatically promoted. The others have to have a play off to decide who is the third team promoted.
Yes. As, the teams from the third to the sixth precisely play a play off to decide who is the one that will accompany the champion and the runner-up to the Serie A.

This is what I knew, but those fuckers at Al-Jazeerah sport corrupted my mind, every match they say the first three automatic and fourth with the 17th from Serie A.

I swear every match they say incorrect facts about Juve. For example:

1-Lippi is the coach who won the most with Juve. Where the truth is Trap.
2-Deschamps scored the last penalty in the CL final in Rome. Where the truth is its Jugovic
3-Talking about the Juve CL finals through history, he forgot the 98 final against Madrid

We struggled for the first hour, TBH, with DD's choice of formation and attackers

The game was a lot closer than the scoreline shows...

Buffon 6.5- not much to do, again :D

Zebina 6- adequate...but is too hot-headed

Legro 6.5- another decent game...played most of the game with a bloddy nose

Boumsong 6- he is getting a little better, but scares me everytime he touches the ball

Balza 6- not bad defensively, still needs work coming forward

Camo 7- my M.O.M. his pass on the first goal to Zala while he was airbourne was pure CLASS !! Good game overall

Marchisio 5.5- didnt even know he was on the field for most of the game

Neddy 6- great pace, some decent passes, but his shots were all wide

Marchionni 5.5- not his best performance, played as a support striker, which really isnt his preferred position

Zala 7- was given the first goal by Camo...even he couldnt miss:D
He moved more than his usual, he must be showcasing his talents for prospective buyers

Palla 6- I liked some of his moves, but he was playing too far out wide to be effective, and it showed

DP 5.5- wasnt really given any service to do much with

Venitucci 5- I saw this guy enter the field, and thats the last I saw of him

DD 5- I thought he made this game tougher than it should have been, with a new formation and players upfront

Agreed. They're talking as if we're retards. Plus, I don't know from where they gather their information and their transfer news are very old.

I'd switch off the audio when watching a match from now on.

It's actually:

Top 2 team is always promoted.
If the 3rd team is leading 4th by 10 or more points, it too is automatically promoted.
If not, playoffs between 3rd-6th start.

DD tried to make lots of changes, which made the team look a bit off the line! But it's ok. All what matters now is the finish and the 3 points. I am sure there is no point of stablizing the team at this stage ans others will come and blend in :)

Congratulations for another victory. Time to move to the next game thread :)

well here is my 2 cents about the game

This would be one of the few games in this season that i would say we really deserved to lose and if Frosinone had a bit more quality they would've punished us with at least a goal.

At most times we had no control over the game, we couldn't keep the ball with some simple passing around the midfield. It was always direct upfield instead of being more patient.

They attacked us a lot after we scored and that 2nd goal came from nowhere and against the run of play.

I dont like this 4-3-3 formation as the lines were too far apart and the players looked lost and out of position many times during the game.

The positive is the defense that couped fairly well considering the amount of pressure that they were put under.

Gigi-Not much to do, but he got a lot of touches on the ball cause legro and boumsong were always kicking it back to him.

Zebina-tried his best going forward and put a couple of low decent crosses but there wasn't anyone upfront.Defensively, as always he was very good but he needs to watch that temper.Something he put behind him all season and should try to keep that way for next season.

Legro&Boum-They did very well to handle the attacks dished at them. They kept their cool and there were just minor mistakes but nothing major happend.Keep up the good work

Balza-first game back after the suspension and as Vinni said defensively he was very good but he can do much better than that offensively. He had a couple of good link ups with neddy but nothing major.Should be careful as many times his position was left exposed. Much better overall performance than Chiellini imo.

Marchisio-Hes being played way out of position for my liking.HE is NOT a DM, he can't do the job that gianni and zanetti do.The moment Venitucci came and he got some freedom I saw his abilities going forward and contributing to the midfield.I thought he did better than the last game.

Camo-One of the few players that actually looked like doing something on the pitch, this midfield role is suiting him and his hardwork is really contributing to this success.I hope his injury is not bad.

Neddy-As usual he tried his best and everything but he looked really tired in this game. And that really hurt our midfield performance imo. He probably had one of the lowest games in actual performance wise. I guess age eventually catches up to you.

Palladino-One of his worst games this season. He was just completely out of this game and hardly contributed anything but a few runs and crosses that didn't amount to anything. The 433 wing position isn't helping either as it restricts him.Needs to lift up his game imo.

Marchionni-Not at the same level as the two previous games but he did fairly well and tried very hard.Needs to link up more with the full back and the midfielders. Also some diagonal runs would really add something to the attack.
Once the formation was changed to 442 and he was conventionally on the wing he was out of it almost completely.

Zalayeta-There was a discussion in the forum a while ago about rooney scoring two and being the best or something.Well Zala scored two today and he was one of the worst on the pitch imo.To his credit both goals were taken well but other than that two minutes or so he was completely crap.
Why does he always drop to the midfield when hes our target man and the point of attack upfront? I dont really know. And DD decision to put on him on the left was just bad.
Again to his credit very well taken goals but other than i dont see it.

Venitucci-Didn't do much but gave marchisio some much needed freedom to roam around.

Alex-couldn't do much and didn't get much touches on the ball.Especially as he was place upfront by himself to play as a target.

Chiellini-NA

DD-The 433 system could be a tricky one and needs the players to really mesh with eachother to work against teams that could defend well. The system failed last night imo as we couldn't control the game at all and there was mybe one decent interplay between the midfielders that amounted to something dangerous.
Fielding Marchisio in the holding role is another mistake, as although he a hard worker he can't do that role to the level we need it to be done. And the venitucci sub was spot on to get some shape in the team defensively.
Any why didn't he introduce Trezi ? We had literally nobody upfront and the ball was just going wide and then the players would get crowded out of it and a counter would start. We needed a decent target man and Trezi was the main since Zala has a problem with the 18 yard Box.
The Chiellini sub is just a mystery as all Frosinone's attacks were from zebina's side by Franseco Lodi and Balza was left to roam around everywhere after that sub without a specific location.

Anyway it was good getting the 3 points with that kind of performance if you ask me and i wouldn't be more critical of the coach as he was trying to understandably rotate the squad.:faq1:
