The Bianconeri picked up a crucial 2-1 win on Sunday at Udinese, despite having trailed 1-0 at half-time.

"It was a victory written in that famous DNA of theirs,” Ravanelli told Tuttosport.

“The strength of this Lady is that they never surrender, and fight until the end.”

Juve are currently third in the Serie A table but they are a massive 12 points behind unbeaten league-leaders Inter.

"Well, they [Juventus] are not yet equipped for the title, and I know that,” Ravanelli stated.

“In fact, I am sure everyone knows, the fans included. They are still having an extraordinary championship and are in close contact with second place. Whoever built Juve knew that the first year of rebirth was going to be complex.

“Inter and Roma at the moment have more in their squads. They are more ready.” Ravanelli had a hugely successful four-year spell with Juventus from 1992 to 1996, winning a Scudetto, a Coppa Italia, a UEFA Cup and a Champions League title.

Indeed it was 'The White Feather’, as he was nicknamed, who scored during Juve’s goal in their Champions league victory over Ajax in 1996.
