Well, we should. Neddy is suspended for this bugger too, but you have to start with baby steps after doing a face plant in the mud, right? :D

I hope it rains and we cancel this game.
Play the damn Primavera squad. We don't need our players to take it out on freakin' Treviso. We must be thinking about Wednesday's game.

funny said but I believe that is exactly what will happen. The boys will take it out on treviso and later find themselves humiliated once again.

On the positive matter atleast it will be an empty stadium right?

I think its time we tried some of the players from primavera in this and because viera, camo and zebina wont be playing in the arsehol game I thinkit would wise to make use of them and play them in the match against treviso. Afterall we aint paying em to just make fools of themselves are we?

By the way whats the status on del piero? anyone know

Three days to a game and only six posts? This must be a record so far. :D

Seriously, we'll beat Treviso and then Crap says Juve is playing well and was just unlucky in the Arsenal match. Ridiculous, we can beat Treviso, let's celebrate!

He made some runs today. Yesterday they said he could be out 7-10 days so he's very very doubtful for "the" game.

Treviso - Juventus

Stadio Tenni

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus will be confident of a win when they travel to Treviso’s Omobono Tenni Stadium. There can hardly be a more David and Goliath encounter in Serie A this season as top meets bottom. Both teams can be fairly certain of their final position this year even if one will be far happier about that than the other. While La Vecchia Signora is sitting on an eight point lead over second place, the Biancocelesti need to catch a massive 14 point gap to have a chance of staying in the top flight.

However, Treviso could not have asked for a better time to face the Turin giants. Fellow relegation candidates Messina and Parma have both picked up draws against Juve, proving they are not as invulnerable as once thought.

The Biancocelsti’s main problem has been a lack of goals as Walter Baseggio’s strike is the only one they have scored in their last four outings. It may seem like a tall order, especially with Antonio Filippini out through suspension, but the minnows need at least a point here if they are to have any chance of a second Serie A campaign next season.

Juventus will be expecting a win against the Division’s bottom side and will want to erase the memory of Roma’s late equaliser in their last match. That goal reduced their lead at the top to eight points but Juve are still the clear favourites to claim the Scudetto.

The main problem for the Old Lady here will be their crucial upcoming Champions League fixture with Arsenal. After losing the first leg 2-0, the next game is one they must win and that could work against them here. Pavel Nedved is suspended for this match following his red card against Roma and Alessandro Del Piero’s injury will keep him out of this encounter as well.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Treviso: Zancope; Maggio, Cottafava, Viali, Dossena; E Filippini, Baseggio, De Martino, Vascak; Borriello, Beghetto

Juventus: Buffon; Zebina, Thuram, Cannavaro, Chiellini; Camoranesi, Vieira, Emerson, Mutu; Ibrahimovic, Trezeguet

Perfect. Although part of me says We should give blasi/balzaretti "rest" too especially as if they both or one gets injured and the worst should happen against arsenal such as chiellini or zambo going off injured (god forbid). Then we are really buggered. I know that im being way too cautious but I the last thing we need is to have unknown substitues.. hmm or would we.

we need to rest our guys if we're planning to make a miracle this wednesday. Who cares about the scudetto right now. We'll worry about that when/if we're out agaisnt Arsenal.
