Do you guys think when Marchisio returns he'll more likely play as part of the 2 sitting in front of defence or as one of the wide right/left in the 4-2-3-1?

Why are you assuming Juve will still be playing 4-2-3-1 by the time Marchisio is back?

------------------ Manninger ------------------
Grygera – Caceres – Legrottaglie – Molinaro
------------- Poulsen – Sissoko ---------------
------ Giovinco – Diego – De Ceglie ---------
---------------- Trezeguet ---------------------

Give Buffon a rest and let Manninger, Molinaro and De Ceglie face their former teammates. We'll kick their asses anyway.

I seriously doubt Ferrara will field a defence that has never played together at all.

I agree, Iaquinta will probably get the nod ahead of Trezegol

I'm not predicting a score but I will predict one of Poulsen or Diego will get injured in this match. Possibly both. By the 65th minute one sub will have been used by Ciro due to injury.

You're welcome, just warning you.

I strongly belive that the 4-2-3-1 is the best formation to play with our strikers, at least until DP returns.

All three of them are uncompitible together, its a given. So playing them in rotation of some sort and based on form is the only option, it will keep them on thier toes and as we all seen last year they seem to be on form at different periods cause neither of them is very consistent.

No need to go on about the 3 AM's. as long as they are injury free and no DP its the best and only logical thing we can do.

Gio-Diego-Camo any day, any time, any game

I just wanna understand one thing about this fucking injury thing...

Why it always picks the likes of Del Piero, Melo, Sissoko, Cannavaro and not the likes of Poulsen, Molinaro, Amauri... injury alone is aver bad thing let alone it always have to be a key player.

Because he didn't score last night, maybe.:shifty:
Although I want him (Trezegol) to start this one as well
Trez didn't play well, But in 10 years its the first time he played as a lone striker, The guy is 32, not a kid and adjusting to this may take some time and lets no forget that Trez main strangth as a strikers is his positioning and again it might take some time to tweak it.

But he is a very experienced and intelligent player, he just need another 1-2 games.

This formation as a whole can be leathel, the only Q is: Do Ciro have enough patience and balls to keep it ?

I have some good news this time.. Melo's injury is not as bad as it looked.. He might be ready vs Siena...

Zebina on the other hand is OUT!.. The longer the better :D :xfinger: i hate this!
