To be honest, I don't remember seeing such a display from Juve since 2006. What made me even more happy is that we looked determined and hungry against a small team. It's something that Juve failed to do, they just showed it against Milan and Inter. Maybe it's just a stadium opening effect, but I hope it wasn't.
It was certainly nice seeing us continue looking for blood as the score got higher and higher. We never gave up or let our game drop. Hopefully, we get the momentum from our home games and fans pushing us on and the top players we have in the team carry us when we are away from home.
One of my biggest problems with juve the last couple years is how often we conceeded first or couldn't hold onto our leads. Hopefully this killer instinct is back for good.
Same here, take out Marchio and Pepe and we would look much stronger but it is kind of hard to change a winning team so much especially when Pepe and Marchisio both got on the score sheet.
I think you're totally right on this one but we should field Matri cause when he is coming into form he can make us 20 this year, my opinion is that we always field Matri when he's fit to play. Vuci can play from left mid or second striker and everybody is underestimating the quality of Pepe.
Not related to this post but what do you think we should play with for this game?
Fearful that Siena will know how to stop Conte's 424? I think we should mix it up for this game. Let's see how well we adapt now that games finally count.
